After an illness of four weeks there
passed away on Saturday, ante ori the
aged residents of Exeter, in 'lei per

iate cause of death being heart
trouble Born on June 24th, 1835, in
Trewvarmet, in the parish of Tintagui
County of Cornwall, England the :ate
Mx Marlyn came to Canada .in, 1846,
and settled in Stephen Township, re-
siding there until about 15 years ago
when he moved to Exeter. He was
highly respected for his many good
qualities. He was twice , married, the
fir+t marriage being to Jane Washer
andone daughter Mrs. Simon Thon
of Big Rapids, Mich.,. survives, The
second marriage was to Sarah Brown
to whom eleven children were 'born,
five surviving-, John of N. Dakota, Mrs
