USBORNE COUNCIL The Usbc.rne Municipal Council met at the Towrusbip Hall, `June 6, and were dull organized a Court of Rev- ision, of the Assessment Roll for :914. As there there were no. appeals a few small errors were corrected, the roll adopted and the court closed. Council met for business -after the close of the Court of Revision. All members were present. The minutes of theprevious meeting were lead and approved, A .number of important ceommunica- tions were read and filed. The Coun- cil ware again farmed into a Court of Revision• to consider and determine appeals against assessments . imposed by By-law No. 4, 194,1 for the Cern-I tralia ,drain. As there were no ap-) t peals the court was closed and the by-law finally adopted. • The Engineer's Report, plans etc.. for Gardiner drain, improvements and - repairs was read and considered. The report plants, specifications ,und esti- mates were adopted, and the work is to be done en accordance therewith. By-law No. 6, 1914,' providing for `. the construction of the repairs and improvements to Gardiner Drain, levy- inf the assessment and collecting the same in one payment,, was provisi,on- ally adopted; said by-law to be paint- ed. is pamphlet form and served on the assessed owners or occupants.
