Death of Jahn McFa11s.-Another of
the early p oneers and worthy Tee_dente
of B_eidulpph has answered the great end
or. hes cieat'on and passed to the better
world. We refer tea' the'demi,se of Sohn
McFalls of the 3rd cancels an of Eid-
aulph, who died on Wednesday of last
week. at the greatage of 88 years, 8
months and 4 days. The deceased had
been :n feeble health for some time, but
other than the natural infirmities he
dispiayed no ,s']gns of the approaching
dissolution -in fact he ` was walking
around fifteen minutes befiore the end
came. Mr. McFalls was a . native of Ire-
land, hav_hg been born in the County
of Derry in the year 1823. He came to
Canada wvit;h viols parents. just seven
years later, forst settling' in the ;Town-
shlp of ,Beddulph, and ,where he has re
sided continuautsly ever since. Deceased
was a snap of mare 'titan oedinary intel-
ligence, and that intelligence was in 00-
w_se displayed in a selfish: manner. He
always took a deep interest to matters
pertaining to the welfare of the town-
ship
