REGINALD HESSELWOOD
Reginald Hesselwood of Hullett
Twp., passed away peacefully al
Clinton Public Hospital on
Friday. Oct. 14, 2005 in his 73rd
year.
He was the beloved husband of
Betty (MacDonald) Hesselwood and
loving father of Gary Hesselwood of
Toronto. Wendy and Brian Murray
of Walton. Lori and Steve Howard of
Lucknow, and Brad and Cheryl
Hesselwood of Clinton.
He will be sadly missed by his
grandchildren. Jason (Tricia), Kara
and Kate Murray. Nikki and Karly
Howard, and Claire Hesselwood and
also by two great-grandchildren,
Lukas and Kalen Murray. He was
the dear brother of Lois Govier of
Seaforth, and Art Hoggart of
Clinton.
Reg was predeceased by his
parents John and Vera (Riley)
Hesselwood and by his brother
Lome Hoggart.
Reg was born and raised in Hullett
Twp. He was employed for many
years as a truck driver and greeted
all with a smile and a wave.
He particularly enjoyed his last
years of trucking while working
at Hensall Co-op in Londes-
borough.
Family and friends were received
at the Blyth Visitation Centre of the
Falconer Funeral Homes. The
funeral service was held at Blyth
United Church on Monday, Oct. 17,
with Pastor Stephen Hildebrand
officiating.
Interment was in Blyth Union
Cemetery.
Acting pallbearers were Arnold
Allen. Ross Govier. Barry
MacDonald. Brian MacDonald.
Todd MacDonald and Jason Murray.
Flowerbearers were Claire
Hesselwood. Karly and Nikki
Howard and Kate and Kara Murray.
Reg will be remembered for
his love of family, home and
nature.
JOHN THOMAS CRONYN
John Thomas Cronyn of Blyth and
formerly of RR2. Blyth.
passed away at Wingham and
District Hospital on Monday.
Oct. 17. 2005. He was in his 66th
year.
He was the dear father of Margaret
Cronyn of Brantford. Michael
Cronyn of Blyth and Marie Cronyn
of Milverton.
He is also survived by cousins
Dorothy Cronyn of Windsor and
Mary Boyle formerly of St.
Aagustine.
Mr. Cronyn was predeceased by
his parents Leo and Aileen
Cronyn.
Friends were received at the Blyth
Visitation Centre of the Falconer
Funeral Homes Ltd., 407 Queen St.,
Blyth on Thursday from 7 - 9 p.m. A
funeral mass was held at St. Joseph’s
Roman Catholic Church. Clinton on
Friday, Oct. 21 at 11 a.m. Cremation
followed.
Interment will be at St. Michael’s
Cemetery, Municipality of Morris-
Turnberry at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy,
donations to the charity of one’s
choice would be appreciated.

Goderich introduced the guest
speaker. Margaret McGillivray,
president of the National Council of
the WMS. She spoke and showed
slides of her visit to China, having
been invited there by the Peoples
Republic of China. Christian
churches are alive and thriving in
that country.
The hymn. Tell Me The Old, Old
Story and the closing prayer brought
the day to a close.
