Agriculture Brussels Livestock report Steers sell steady ♦ Stick With the Classifieds, Total receipts for Brussels Livestock for the week ending Oct. 21 were 4,362 head ol cattle, 313 lambs and goats. On Tuesday steers and heifers sold at prices steady to last week. Choice steers and heifers sold $91 to $97 with sales to $103. Second- cut steers and heifers sold $87 to $91. The cows sold at prices $2 to $3 lower. On Thursday the veal sold on an active trade with prices $2 to $5 lower. The lambs also sold on an active trade with prices remaining steady. On Friday all weights and classes of stockers sold on a steady market. There were 840 steers on offer. Liz McFalls Feedlot, Parkhill, con­ signed one limousin steer weighing 1,360 lbs. which sold for $103. Their overall offering of five steers averaged 1,434 lbs. selling for an average price of $93.48. Thirty-five steers consigned by Bill Kerslake, Staffa, averaged 1,484 lbs. selling for an average price of $96.22 with his top four limousin steers averag­ ing 1,465 lbs. selling for $101.50. Joseph M. Bauman, Newton, con­ signed two limousin steers averag­ ing 1,340 lbs. which sold for $101. His overall offering of thirteen steers averaged 1,344 lbs. selling for an average price of $95.49. Twelve limousin steers consigned by Lawrence Martin, Harriston, averaged 1,404 lbs. which sold for an average price of $94.04 with his top four steers averaging 1,325 lbs. selling to Norwich Packers for $99. Ivan B. Weber, Paisley, consigned one blonde steer weighing 1,395 lbs. which sold for $97. His overall offering of ten steers averaged 1,433 lbs. selling for an average price of $92.89. Simeon B.
