Campvention has arrived.
The long-awaited event is

Campvention had dedicated

reduced, and the community brought
a band tattoo for the mutual
enjoyment of Campvention and
Blyth. Three pipe and drum bands
participated: Teeswater, Clinton and
Brussels.
Despite the heat, the banks of the
ampitheatre were lined with campers
and community members.
Sunday night the master of
ceremonies for the North Huron
talent night was John Stewart.
Prior to his recent retirement from
the post of clerk-administrator for
North Huron, Stewart had spent
many hours preparing for
Campvention.
At the beginning of the evening,
North Huron's current clerk-
administrator, Kriss Snell, was given
a document making the township an
honourary member of Camp-
vention.
