The Wingham Office of BDO Dunwoody LLP is currently looking for a Tax Preparer
for a two month contract from March 1 to April 30,2006. The Tax Preparer will work
in a small office environment to deliver outstanding client service.
Some responsibilities include:
- Preparation of T1 Income Tax and Benefit Returns
- Compilation and review of supporting documentation required to
prepare income tax returns
- Compilation of accounting information for farm and small business
statements
- Other tax and accounting-related duties as required.
Our ideal Candidate possesses the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Tax and/or Accounting experience with a CA Firm
- Good inter-personal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to interact with clients and staff at various levels
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to adapt in a challenging work environment
Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview, Simply Accounting, Quick Books or Profile tax
software and public accounting experience would be an asset.
