the Snowman
Then one foggy Christmas eve,
Santa came to say:
Rudolph, with your nose so bright.
Won't you guide my sleigh tonight
Rudolph, the Red-nosed Reindeer,
Had a very shiny nose.
And if you ever saw it,
You would even say it glows!
All of the other reindeer
Used to laugh and call him names;
They would never let poor Rudolph
Join in any reindeer games.
You know Dasher, and Dancer, Prancer and Vixen
Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blitzen,
But do you recall
The most famous reindeer of all . . .
Dashing through the snow
In a one-horse open sleigh.
O’er the fields we go.
Laughing all the way;
Bells on Bob-tail ring.
Making spirits bright.
What fun it is to ride and sing
A sleighing song tonight!
