* Creating characters
Grade 8 students at East Wawanosh Public School were
split into four groups on Nov. 17, each with a poem and a
specific theme relating to water. They created masks based
on a character from the poems and learned dramatic
techniques for a movement piece. The two day program is
funded by the Foundation for Enriching Education. Colton
Coburn expresses his artistic talent as he paints his mask.
