lectionary reading from Matthew 1:
18-25. Psalm 72 was led by Lisa
Root with the choir singing the
refrain.
Rev. Bannerman's message to the
adults was The Poetry of
Christmas. Religion inspires poetry
and music, especially at Christmas
when poetry becomes mixed with
music and they become hymns.
