DREAM HOME OF THE MONTH EXPANSIVE FAMILY HOME Plan H7-3-905 With the master bedroom on the main floor and two secondary bedrooms, a computer room and a games room upstairs, this home is perfect for an active family. The charming exterior features a covered veranda that wraps around the bayed window of the master bedroom. Decorative wood posts support the roof overhang. Horizontal wood siding, dormer windows and wood railings add design character. The large foyer has a double-height ceiling, brightened by a window on the upper level. To the right, the foyer is open to a formal dining room. To the left, a short hallway leads to a powder room and then to the impressive master bedroom suite with its five-pieca en suite bathroom and huge walk-in closet. A sloped ceiling accents the master bedroom's bayed shape. This interesting room also has a garden door that opens to the veranda and side yard. The great room and kitchen are at the back of the house. This bright, informal space can be expanded to the outdoors through a door in the breakfast nook that opens to a covered rear patio.
