NARROW LOT DESIGN

This stylish basement-entry plan is designed for the slightly narrower lot. The ground floor has a finished
den and laundry room, plus a large unfinished, area that could be converted later into a separate suite. The
double garage has a door leading to the front foyer, making access easier when unloading the car after
shopping. The garage also houses the hot water tank and furnace.
Upstairs, the design includes three bedrooms, a formal living and dining room plus a large family room.
The combined living and dining room area is open to the foyer below and weJl-lit by large front windows. A
gas fireplace provides a cosy focus for family and friends to gather around after dinner on cooler evenings.
A built-in buffet in the dining area is a useful addition for storage and provides a handy surface for serving
