FROM WALTON Literacy Ea rly Years topic The Ontario Early Years Program held at Duff's United Church on Wednesday at 10 a.m. saw nine children and six adults enjoy a visit from • the literacy consultant for the Early Years Program. They made name puzzle cards and read a Robert Munsch book. He is the honourary chairman of Early Literacy which runs the week of Jan. 20. On Jan. 27, it is Family Literacy Day, so spend time reading with your children. Val Watson reports that the children enjoyed playing parachute games and making snowstorms.
