levelling lots in that area.
Council and Mr. Lyons had
reached an agreenient whereby
they would service the lots in that
' area with hydro and water if some
levelling and filling was done in
certain areas of the property.
The village's cost factor arose in
filling and levelling Bob Street
south and part of Delhi Street.
Reeve Joynt stated that the
estimated cost quoted by Mr.
Gallaher was around $400 while the
account, when submitted, was
S570. Mr. Gallaher explained to
council the work that had, been
done and approval of the $570 fee
was made by' council. Council felt
that work in excess of the original
discussion was done but that it had
become necessary as the job
proceeded to properly level the
town roadways.
Mr. Lyons had submitted an
account of about S150 to council for
fill used, from his property in
levelling the village road allow-
ance. Payment was refused by
council.
The balance of the evening was
spent *ith representatives from M.
M. Dillon Co. discussing the
village's proposed Zoning Bylaw
and Secondary Plan.
