ducted their first "highway camp-
aign" Monday in support of the
muscular dystrophy fund.
Each year, in the past, the
campaign was conducted door to

year proved beneficial.
Cars passing through the village
on Labour. Day,' from late afternoon
until dusk, were solicited' with
about $1050 being raised, well over
three times the usual amount.
Poor weather Friday caused the
firemen to postpone the blitz until
Monday.
