Toronto to Vancouver on the 12th of
July.
They met the Irelands and Til-
sons on the 16th of July in
Vancouver and the Irelands and
Tilsons flew home, leaving the car
for the Penningtons and Campbells
who, after travelling around the
western provinces, arrived home
onrSaturday evening, July 26.

Co. Tyrone. with your Dungannon
in Ontario. The response from your
readers has been, absolutely wond-
erful and full of enthusiasm. I have
an enormous pile of. letters .here,
waiting for a reply, and wondered
if you could possibly help me again
by saying in your column that I will
reply in, due course to every single
one.

readers to know thdt on this side, I
am not idle. Items about this
"twinning" have appeared in
newspapers. throughout Ulster and
yesterday there was even an appeal
for information on the B.B.C., who
gave Out a small history of the
Mallopgh family.
One'of your readers, Mrs. Elmer
Black, R. R. 6 Goderich, Ontario,
sent me a copy of your newspaper
containing my original letter and I.
am very happy to have this for my
records, also to read so much of
your local news. I have already put
Mrs. Black in touch with a local
family of Blacks -who may be .
distant relatives and have, this
morning, written again to the
B.B.C. giving more 'information
about John and Anthony Black who
emigrated from here in 182.1. also
Mrs. Black's great ' grandfather.

Co. Fermanagh, N. Ireland; who
emigrated to Shepparton. Hurop
County. in 1836.

Lucknow, a direct descendant of
the Mallough family, was mention-
ed yesterday in the B.B.C.
broadcast and I have to day sent
further details. from a fascinating
history sent in by Mrs. Stewart
Brook. Ripley, Ontario. I am also
very much indebted to Mrs.
Margaret Pritchard. 89 Hadding-
ton Avenue, Toronto. and to many.
Many more. I thank them all and
will 'write to them alt very soon.
In the meantime. I send you a
photograph of myself which you
may be able to 'publish. I'm sure
this would be of interest to your
readers.

Dynamite has been pitipointed as
the cause of three early morning
blasts Tuesday of last week which
destroyed mailboxes at Point Clark
and an outdoor toilet at the
Department of Highways picnic
ground at Lochalsh.
Provincial police said they be-
lieve the blasts, ,about 1.30 a.m.,
are related.
Cpl. Robert Nace of Kincardine
OPP said wrappers and wires found
near the demolished mailboxes
indicate , dynamite was used.
No one was injured and no other
damage resulted from the blasts.
The first blaSt destroyed 'a
private mailbox in front of the
home of J. L LePage at 75
Lakeside Trail. The man told police
he was awakened by the blast but
was unable to determine what
caused it. He said that when he

ed the mailbox, located less than 30
yards' from' his cottage, was
destroyed.
Less than a half hour later and
about a mile away, a similar blast
-destroyed -a 10-compartment-mail-
box at 55 Huron Road.
„Cottager. Leonard Bennett, who
was asleep about 150 yards away
from the second blast, alerted
police. The other incident at
Lochalsh completely destroyed the
outdoor toilet.
Cpl. Nace said the. OPP identifi-
cation and bomb squad was called
in from Mount Forest to investi-
gate.
Police believe a dynaMite cap
was used to destroy the LePage
mailbox while a stick of dynamite
was used on the larger box.

Roderick Dorsch of New Ham-
burg left for Grenoble, France in
mid-JUne to spend six weeks of
Voluntary Service with Bible
Christian Union missionaries work-
ing in that area.
