tion of the Kindergarten class when

guests, Trevor returned with his
grandmother. Mrs. Conn, where be
was joined by Jason on Wednesday
and Thursday.
Week end visitors, with Mr. and
Mrs. Robert MOwbray were Mr.
and Mrs. Hector Purdon and
Raymond of Strathroy, Mr. and
Mrs. Roy' Grant also of Strathroy,
Mrs. George Tiffin 'of Lucknow,
Paul Falconer and friend of Sarnia.
Kevin Falconer, employed at
Strathroy for the summer months,
spent the week end with his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Angus
Falconer.
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Henderson of
Brantford spent the week end with
Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Tiffin.
For the month of July the United
Church congregation will attend
the 'church service at Chalmer's
Presbyterian with service at 1-1.15,
Sunday School at 10 o'clo4 and for
August. the congregatifoCrof .Chal-
mer's will attend service at the
United Church.

MRS..NOAH STIEGLER
The passing occurred at Toronto
East York General Hospital, on July
4 of a native of Kinloss Township in—
the person of Mrs. Noah Stiegler,
at the age of 69 years.
A resident of 5 Wakunda Place,
Toronto, she Was born in Kinloss
November 22, 1905, the former
Merle Kaake. She was predeceas-
ed by her. husband, Noah Stiegler.
The deceased was a member of
Dentonia Park United Church,
Toronto.
Surviving are one son, Floyd
Stiegler, . Toronto; one daughter,
Mildred, Mrs. Robert Moore, also
four grandchildren, Karlene, Mich-
elle, Michael and Karen, Mrs:
Robert. Meritt "and one great
granddaughter, Jeniffer Merritt.
Also remaining are one sister,
Mrs. Lula. Stanley of Lucknow and
one . brother R. J. Kaake of
Walkerton. She was predeceased
by ,one sister, Mrs. Ella Smith of
Kincardine.
The remains rested at the Tanner
and Pearson Funeral Home, Walk-
erton, where the funeral service
was held on Monday, July 7 at 2
p.m.. with Rev. William Lake of ,
Mildmay officiating, followed by
burial at Mildmay Cemetery.
The pallbearers were Gerald
Montgomery, Robert Merritt, Wal-
-ter Sherwood, Douglas Stanley,
Eldon Russell and Ogle. Needham.

Miss , Donice Duck, Teeswater,
was a passenger in a car involved in
a head on collision in Teeswater
July 1. She was treated for an
abrasion on her forehead and a
bruised knee, and released.

Vincent, who leave in the near
future for Monkton, New Bruns-
wick. Over 100 attended the party.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Gillespie of
Sarnia spent the week end with Mr:
and Mrs. Garnet ,Farrier and
attended the Farrier picnic.
Miss Lorraine Gillespie of Sarn-
ia, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack
Gillespie, on Friday .evening grad-
uated as an R.N. from Humber
Hospital at Weston.
On Sunday .a birthday party was
held at Lucknow by Mr.. and Mrs.
Harold Greer for Mrs. Grace
Campbell. Over 100 guests gather-
ed to do her honour on this
occasions Some friends from
Whitechurch were in attendance.
This community, where she gave
freely of her service in all walks of
the community, extends congratu-
lations to Grace.
Visitors on Sunday with Mr. and
Mrs. Bill Evans were Mr. and Mrs.
Frank Maulden of KinloSs, Mr. and
Mrs. Eric Evans of Hyde Park.
They also visited with her mother,
Mrs. Bob Donaldson of Brucelea
Haven, Walkerton.

Donald Austin Nolan, Walton,
was driving his motorcycle on the
main street in Blyth July 3, when
he was in collision with a car. He
was treated for multiple abrasions,
x-rayed and discharged-; Investig-
ated by K. R. Balzer, Wingham,
O.P.P.
Mrs. Irma Luckenhaus, Preston,
was a passenger in her husband's
car when' it went out of control at
Turnberry Park, on the 9th -
concession of Turnberry Township
July 5., She was treated for
compound fractures of left tibia and
head injuries, and later transferred
to K. W. Hospital, Kitchener.
Investigated by D. H. Jamieson,
Wingham O.P.P.
Terry McDougall, Garde,. was
driver of a car which went out of
control and into the ditch, striking a
pole, north of Wingham July 5.
Patient was admitted to' hospital
with superficial lacerations to his
scalp, neck and shoulder. Kenneth
Snowden, Port Elgin, was a
'passenger in the' vehicle driven by.
Mr. McDougall, which went out of
control. He was treated for a
laceration on his left hand and
discharged. Douglas Krohn, R. R.
3 Wingham, was also a passenger'
in the McDougall vehicle. He was
treated for a laceration to the outer
corner of his eye and released.
