The kindness and generosity of
the Kinsmen and Kinettes Of
Lucknow provided a fine outing for
a group, of senior citizens of this
area.
On Wednesday, May 28th a
busload left Lucknow at' 9 a.m. in
charge of four capable Kinettes.
The weather was perfect and it was
so nice to sit back, relax and enjoy
the beauty of the countryside as we
journeyed to Springbank Park in
London. Here we spent some time
admiring the flowers, shrubs and
the various shades of green of the
new „leaves on the trees. It 'was an
ideal spot for lunch,
After lunch we were taken to a
shopping plaza. There was seating
accommodation near the entrance
• where one could .rest between
shopping jaunts to the various
stores. •.
Next Step was Fanshawe Park.
The 'Kinettes took' charge of the
admission and and* tour of_ _pioneer
village was most interesting and
informative.
