Recreation Facility Supervisor
At the Seaforth & District Community Centres
The Recreation Facility Supervisor is responsible for all operations and
administration of the Facility including bookings, maintenance, work sched
ules, staff supervision, financial control and public
relations.
The Recreation Facility Supervisor will work closely with
community and volunteer organizations to develop and implement related
sport recreation and leisure programs.
Qualifications should include knowledge and skills in recreation facilities
management acquired through a Community College
diploma program, or an Ontario Recreation Facilities Association
certification as a Registered Recreation Facilities Manager (RRFM), or
Certified Ice Technician (CIT).
The successful candidate must possess organizational, supervisory skills, and
the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, writ
ten and verbal skills are also required.
The successful candidate will be required to work varied hours, day and
evening shifts, weekdays and weekends as per regular
schedules, tournaments and special events.
This is a full time position with an attractive salary and benefit
package.
