There were eight tables of euchre
in play at the Women's Institute Hall
on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Winners were: high lady, Louise
Bosman; second high lady, Jane
Grasby; lone hands, Viola Adams;
low lady, Ruth Johnston; high man,
Allan Edgar; second high man,
Mervyn Schneider; lone hands, Joe
Spitzig; low man, Laura Johnston.
The next euchre is Wednesday,
Dec. 4 at 8 p.m.
Mabel's Moms resumed their
meetings on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 10
a.m. Those who attended were
Caroline Ruff-Robertson and Jaida,
Tammy Wilson and Brett, Janice
Hallahan and Dawson. All became
acquainted with each other and had a
social time with cookies and coffee.
The Campbells gathered at the WI
Hall on Sunday, Dec. I for their
Christmas. All enjoyed a
smorgasbord dinner as well as
reminiscing through various picture
albums.
Happy Birthday was sung to John
Campbell, who recently celebrated a
special birthday. A birthday gift and
card was presented to him on behalf
of Gladys and Clare Van Camp, Ivy
