Ferne McDowell is in Owen Sound Hospital having knee surgery and Nellie Mason is convalescing at home after knee surgery. We wish them both a speedy recovery. John Roberts from Belgrave as their guest minister to help them cel- ebrate the 141st anniversary of the church. Guest organist was Margaret Kai. Recent euchre winners at Blyth Memorial Hall on Oct. 8 were: high lady, Effie McCall; high man, Norman Turnbull; ladies' lone hand, Mary Turnbull; men's lone hand, Ruth Jardin. On Oct. 15 winners were: high lady, Geraldine Dale; high man, Vera Hesselwood; ladies' lone hand, Marjorie East; men's lone hand, Margaret Nesbit. The Oct. 22 euchre winners were: high lady, Marie Park; high man, Norman Turnbull; ladies' lone hand, Evelyn Christensen; men's lone hand, Kay Konarski.
