MANAGER OF AMBULANCE OPERATIONS
The Manager of Ambulance Operations will play a leadership role in
fostering a team based work environment with a focus on excellence in
ambulance service delivery. The manager will participate in strategic
planning, priority setting and quality improvement of the ambulance
system. This positions reports to the County Engineer.
The County is looking for a professional with several years' experience
and demonstrated practice wisdom in management and operations of
an ambulance system. Responr talkies will include preparation of
periodic statistics, budget and operational information, monitoring and
responding to human resource issues, oeriodic performance appraisals
and dealing with inquiries from the public, municipal officials,
administration and staff. You will be responsible for the day to day
operations of the Huron County Ambulance System in a team based
environment.
You have extensive knowledge of the operation of ambulance services
and the provision of emergency services, patient care and
transportation with a sound understanding of the Ontario ambulance
system, legislation and regulations and the leadership to implement
them. Bring your team player approach and confident attitude to this
exciting position.
MANAGER OF HOUSING SERVICES
The Manager of Housing Services will play a leadership role in
fostering a team based work environment with a focus on excellence in
the delivery of public housing and the administration of social housing.
The Manager will participate in strategic planning priority setting and
quality improvement of the County's social and public housing portfolio.
The position reports to the Social Services Administrator.
The County seeks a dynamic, results oriented leader to manage,
administer and deliver quality social and public housing programs. Your
style must be compatible with a dynamic, vibrant and forward thinking
culture.
The Manager of Housing Services ensures the effective administration
and financial management of social housing programs funded by the
County as well as the effective management and administration of
assisted rental housing units owned by the County.
