M-T council talks severances
There were no objections from
council for the severance of North
Half Lot 2, Conc. 6, Morris ward, as
long as the retained portion is
squared off and 9.8 acres or less. A
manure agreement must be
registered on title and the animal
units for the barn will be limited to
20.
Council reviewed a letter from
the country regarding an issue
of highway visibility around
Huron Pole and Timber on Brussels
Line.
A neighbour had complained
that trucks left parked along
the roadside caused visibility
problems. However, the county
determined that sight lines from both
Huron Pole and Timber as well as
neighbouring laneways exceeded the
required 165 metres for the 90 km/hr
zone. '
A copy of the letter will be sent
Huron Pole and Timber argli
complainant. ,
