The July meeting of the Cheerio
Club was held on Wednesday, July
22.
Lunch was enjoyed at the Bay-
field Inn, then members proceeded-
to the Pine Lake cottage of
Genevieve Allen. Roll call was
answered by eight people.
The minutes of the June meeting
were read. Edythe Beacom gave the
treasurer's report. It was decided to
give $100 to the Lions Club for the
Hall improvement.
The draw, donated by Genevieve,
was won by Hazel Reid.

saddened to learn of the recent
deaths of Arthur Spiegelberg and
Kenneth Scott. They had formerly
been residents of this district.
Dorothy Grange has been a
patient at Goderich Hospital for
several days. She returned home on
