The story, based on the life of Jesus Christ with its music comprised of several Dove Award winning songs, is powerful and contemporary; the story line is a compelling one. The script reveals the message of the scripture. The musical begins as a present day grandfather strolls with his grandchildren along the side of the river at the foot of the amphitheatre. He does so, in song and narration. The three are swept into the actual events of Christ's life and ministry.
