Blyth Public School 5:‘
`Whoever thought this day would come?'
By Jenny Ritchie
Teachers, Parents, and fellow
classmates, we finally made it!
Whoever thought that this day
would come and we would be so
excited. The work and time and
money has made this such a special
night.
Everybody here has made this
night possible! We are starting our
future right now. We had such fun
together since
kindergarten.
We've gone
from our nap
time back then
to more mature
things like
helping younger
children, helping
with special
food days, and
filling as
secretary. I
know myself to be much more
capable as a student from needing
lots of help to being more
independent and trying harder on
my own.
We have come a long way during
our time at Blyth Public School.
Now the future.
We are the students that have
"Ruled the school" and now we are
going to become "Minor Niners."
There will be no naps! In order to
go on with our lives, we have to
start all over again, at the bottom.
Some of us are so excited and
can't wait to get there, while others
are scared and worried about how
they will fit in.
We will soon be in basic, general,
and advanced programs in high
school. We will have to pick our
courses that will be leading to our
careers. Sciences for medicine,
office courses for secretary and
english and math for teaching.
We will no longer be a complete
class; we will be in different
schools. Some of us are going to
Clinton to CHSS, some will go to F.
E. Madill in Wingham. Maybe even
some will go to Goderich District
Collegiate.
We have made lots of memories
while here at Blyth Public School
that we will always treasure. Some
