Collision injures 2 Morris council seeks appeals amendment Morris council requested a reso- lution be drawn and circulated to all municipalities for endorsement seeking an amendment to the appeals process. The change would prevent a situation occurring where a major industry can be lost due to a "frivolous" objection to an OPA or zoning amendment. A draft will be drawn and reviewed by council and possibly sent to the Rural Ontario Munici- palities Association conference for February, 1999. County Planner Wayne Caldwell will attend the July 7 meeting of council to review the township's recommendations for the county plan.
