received at both hospitals was

Senior Case Manager
The successful applicant will be responsible for the
supervision of a number of subordinates and maintaining a
caseload. The focus will be to provide individualized support
for Agency participants to live and participate as fully as
possible in their home community.
Requirements:
A minimum of two years community experience in the Human
Services field; related education, professional development
strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated
analytical and reasoning skills; knowledge of legislation,
financial, medical, psychological, social, vocational;
residential and advocacy services for adults with
developmental disabilities; ability to self-direct; supervisory
experience would be an asset.

service delivery approach that assists people in a supportive,
respectful and positive manner.

Community Action Program for Children
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
(1 year contract - full time)
Position Summary: The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for
coordinating all aspects of the recruitment, training and coordination of
volunteers for Rural Response for Healthy Children, the Kids on the
Block puppet program and/or certified Community Food Advisors. This
individual is also responsible for coaching and empowering the volun
teers in order to develop an effective group dynamic and for integrating
newly trained volunteers into existing programming.
Qualifications:
> Experience and demonstrated skills working with volunteers and pro
gram coordination
>• Demonstrated skills in public speaking, conducting workshops and
organizing demonstrations and displays
>■ Demonstrated ability to function independently, and to work coopera
tively with volunteers, professionals and community groups
>■ Demonstrated computer skills
>• Possession of a current and valid driver’s license and access to a motor
vehicle
>■ Knowledge of Huron and Perth counties an asset
>■ Experience with positive parenting strategies and knowledge of abuse
prevention programming an asset
>■ Experience with foods and nutrition an asset
