Stratford Festival was a high school mentoring program. Ashley Gropp and Arris Hopkins (Howick) were chosen to attend from F.E. Madill. Watching two productions as well as learning from the crew and actors of professional theatre was a thrilling way to spend the weekend for 18 students. Hello to Luella Mitchell and Jean Workman. MEALS-ON-WHEELS NOTICE It has been my pleasure over the last number of years to serve the participating seniors of Brussels a noon meal each Tuesday from October to May with the Meals-On-Wheels programme. However, I am unable to continue co­ ordinating this programme and have been unsuccessful in finding a replacement. Therefore the programme will end unless someone comes forward to continue this service. The owner told police that at approximately 9 p.m. a 1996 Ford Windstar van was left parked in the parking lot of the Brussels Community Centre. Within minutes someone, using a metal object scratched the paint off the van on the passenger side.
