Bulls
treat
fans
Continued from page 21
again for a fun evening of hockey
against the 98/99 Bulls. The fans
were treated to memories of old as
the line of Tim Fritz, Kevin
McArter and Mike Chapman
tantalized the crowd and the
opposing players with their slick
moves, speed and goal scoring
finesse.
Names like Marty Rutledge
whose 110 pt. season record in Jr.
"C" will probably never be broken,
Paul Robinson, Kevin Lee, Doug
Taylor, Murray Houghton, Kevin
Johnston, Rob Cardiff, Dave
Harding, Kevin Ruttan, Brian
Campbell, Blake Flett, Doug Shaw
and goaltender Jeff McGavin who
all can show they can still move a
puck and make it count.
The final score for those who
were keeping track was 11 - 3 for
the reunion Bulls with the Fritz,
McArter and Chapman line
accounting for eight of the goals,
with the Rutledge, Campbell and
Lee line accounting for the other
three goals.
A 12-player shootout highlighted
the second period intermission with
both teams coming out even with
two goals apiece.
Anyone interested in helping out
part-time or becoming involved
with the Bulls in any way can come
out to the Bulls annual meeting
being held at BMG Community
Centre on Wednesday, Feb. 17 at
8 p.m.
