ONE DAY ONLY
2 travel to Nicaragua
Continued from page 10
Douglas took to Nicaragua with a
group of 10. They went on
missionary work and the men put a
roof on a two-storey building with
women assisting anywhere help
was needed. Pictures were shown
of the natives, the small homes and
of the surrounding area. Betty
Archambault thanked Mrs.
Cantelon.
Mrs. Cantelon spoke of the street
children, poor schooling,
unemployment, etc. but the people
are still kind and friendly. The
main food seems to be chicken and
shrimp for meat and not too much.
