UCW celebrates
holiday season
Blyth UCW meeting was held on
Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 8 p.m. with 22
present.
Emily Phillips, president, opened
the meeting by welcoming all and
reading a poem "Special Friend."
Pat Sparling and Alma McCallum
had the devotions and read several
Christmas poems.
Hymns Silent Night and It Came
Upon the Midnight Clear were
sung with Elva Brown at the piano.
Kate Huntley and Christa
Cameron favoured with a
Christmas duet.
Emily Phillips conducted the
business. The UCW purpose was
read in unison. Roll call was
