MURRAY CAMERON
A tribute to my beloved son
who left this vale of tears,
Wednesday,
November 13, 1996.
- By his bereaved mother
"We will meet again",
Sadly we would say.
When remembering our
loved ones
Who had passed away
Your sister Nancy, her
daughter Jane,
Dear relatives, friends, who
are also at rest,
Would all agree that you
were the best.
Your courage, charisma,
talents untold.
A son to be proud of,
A heart of pure gold.
I will remember you always,
With love in my heart.
We will meet again,
Never to part.

Brusselite
gets time
for fraud
Rather than take the time to pay,
a Brussels man is going to pay by
doing the time.
Murray Gardner was sentenced
to 60 days and 12 months proba-
tion, Nov. 20 in Wingham's provin-
cial court, for passing some bad
cheques early this year. Gardner
pled guilty in August to the fraud,
which involved six businesses,
including McDonald's in Brussels
and the Belgrave Variety. The total
amount owing was $340.97.
Judge Garry Hunter set the
November court for sentencing so
that Gardner might have time to
make restitution during that time.
Wednesday, however, Gardner,
who is on social assistance said he
had been unable to make any pay-
ment yet.
In addition to the jail term, Gard-
ner is to pay back the money within
one year after his release.
