Happy Gang meets 0 bituaries
LUCY D. CHATTERTON
Lucy D. Chatterton of Blyth,
passed away at SeaforTh Communi-
ty Hospital on March 27, 1995.
Born in Southport, England, 68
years ago to the late Stanley and
Lillian Jolley, she was the beloved
wife of Joe Chatterton, whom she
married on March 13, 1953. The
couple moved to Blyth in 1975.
Mrs. Chatterton was the loving
mother of James Chatterton of
Hamilton, Paul Chatterton of Freel-
ton, Elizabeth and Michael Loschi-
avo of Mississauga and the loved
grandmother of Francesco and
Christopher Loschiavo.
She was the dear sister of Ray-
mond Jolley and Freda Jolley, both
of Southport, England and Ruth
(Mrs. Ken Owen) of London
Ontario.
Rev. James Carrie officiated at
the service, held at Tasker Chapel,
Beattie-Falconer Funeral Homes,
Blyth on March 29.
KATHLEEN DANBY
A former Brussels resident Kath-
leen Danby died at Braemar Nurs-
ing Home, Wingham on Thursday,
March 30, 1995.
She was the beloved wife of the
Elmer Danby, who passed away in
1971. She will be lovingly remem-
bered by her daughter and son-in-
law Bertha and Ron Westcott of
Bolton. Mrs. Danby was the loved
grandmother of Cheryl Westcott
and the dear sister of the late
William Ziegler, who predeceased
her in 1970.
Mrs. Danby rested at Betts
Funeral Home, Brussels from 2-4
and 7-9 p.m. on Saturday. Rev.
Cam McMillan officiated at the
funeral service at 3 p.m., Sunday.
Interment will be at Brussels
Cemetery.
In remembrance donations to the
Ontario Heart and Stroke Founda-
tion would be appreciated.

that he was enjoying the pancakes served up at the
Londesboro breakfast on Sunday morning at the WI Hall.
The March meeting of Happy
Gang Seniors was held at the hall
on Wednesday, March 29 beginning
with a pot luck meal at 12:30 p.m.
The meeting opened with 0
Canada. Edythe read an Irish
blessing. Margaret Taylor gave a
reading. Edythe told some reasons
for accidents.
The minutes of February meeting
were read. Reta gave the financial
report which was seconded by
Lorne Hunking. Roll call was taken
up with 25 people present.
A donation of $25 will be given
by Addie Hunking to the Alzheim-
er Society.
Spring Rally time is Tuesday,
April 25 at the Dungannon Hall.
Fee is $3 per person.
The 1995 Seniors convention is
Aug. 14, 15, and 16 in Toronto.
Committees for the April lunch
are Cake, aztth Knox and Josephine
MacGregor; ice cream, Bob Madill;
KP, Josephine MacGregor and
Margaret Taylor.
Harry Lear spoke on the Senior
games in Stratford June 19 and 20.
Cost is $3 per person.
Euchre playoffs will be done at
the April meeting.
There were five tables of euchre
played with the winners being:
