to promote the village instead

guide published by The Citizen and
through support for Huron County
Travel Guide (although the amount
of the support will be decided at the
next meeting).

The council voted to join the
Blyth Business Association for a
$50 membership fee.

A request from Howson and
Howson Mills to have wastes from
the milling operation picked up
rather than the company take its
own wastes to the Blyth-Hullett
landfill was received. Council
decided to ask Steve Howson, who
wrote the request, for more infor-
mation on how much and what
kinds of waste were involved. Mr.
Howson explained that since other

learning pre-volleyball skills. The
ball is thrown, caught and passed
following the same rules and points
as volleyball.
Currently four teams are
involved, with the Tigers in the
lead followed by the Blackhawks,

the dog bylaw, adding standards for
licenced kennels and setting the
dog licence fees at $20 for each
neutered male or spayed female;
$25 for each additional neutered
male or spayed female; $30 for the
first unneutered dog in the home
and $40 for each additional
unneutered dog; $50 for a kennel
licence and $100 for a pitbull or
pitbull-cross.
