Reid hosts Burns UCW The September meeting of the Bums UCW was held at the home of Hazel Reid on Wednesday afternoon with 15 members and two visitors present. Joan Hoggart opened the meeting with a reading, "Friends". The scripture readings were from Psalm I. Hymns 623 and 502 followed. Readings were given by Hazel Reid, Beryl Reid, Gloria McEwing and Josephine MacGregor. How Great Thou Art was sung. Joan Hoggart led in prayer. The business was conducted by Josephine MacGregor. Roll call was answered with a Bible Verse and minutes of the last meeting were read. The treasurer's report was given by Margaret Taylor.
