The financial report for the asso

4-H talks baking
Continued from page 19
The second meeting was held at
the home of leader Mary Sanders
on May 31. Eleven members
answered the roll call by saying
what their favourite muffins is.
Everyone taste tested three kinds
of muffins - store bought,
packaged bran muffin mix and
cheese muffins made from scratch.
The prices were calculated and it
was found the muffin mix to be the
most economical. They were also
the best tasting.
The club name is the Battered
Bakers. The snack of brownies was
brought by Marian.
They closed the meeting with the
4-H motto "Learn to do by Doing".
