Ed Blackwell was. admitted to the Wing - ham and District Hchipital on Saturday evening after lie fell- on the main street in LUCKNOW NEWS by Geraldine Schlosser Lucknow and fractured his arm. He was later transferred to London hospital for surgery. The Christmas concert held at the Lucknow Public ,School on Friday evening was well attended with a full house. Everybody enjoyed the choir and the plays by the kindergartenand junior classes. Rev. Allison and Mrs. Ramsayheld a Christmas dinner in honour of the senior choir at their home' on. Sunday. We are sorry to learn. that Jean Jardine is giving up her home on Stauffer Street and has it up for sale. She has rented an apartment in, the Sepoy Apartments on Walter Street. Jean fractured her hip recently, and has troubles getting about. We will all miss Jean on our street: Sunday visitors with Tony and Geraldine Schlosser was Tony's sister, Nora Parker and her son, Bob of the Glammis area. Due to a hydro interruption on Tuesday morning, the children who attend Lucknow and Kinloss Public Schools had a half a day holiday. .
