Bieman who had been there for a few days
with Leroy, returned home with them. Kim

weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs.

The crochet club met last Wednesday
evening at the home of Mrs. Alex Craig of

The Whitechurch Women's Institute
held the Citizenship and. World Affairs
meeting on Wednesday, November 14.
The •president Mrs. •John A. Currie
opened the meeting with the -poem, if You

Lucky Ones. The convener was Mrs. Bili
Rintoul.
Mr. Elgin Johnston, Mrs. Russel
McGuire, and Mary Ilehn were a commit-
tee appointed to look after the Christmas
banquet to be held at the Salvation Army,
Wingham, December 12.

speaker, Rev. Zehr of Brussels, whose

bers of the body of Christ, Mennonites care
• for spiritual, emotional and physical health
of other members. Mutual aid takes time
and money, At the conclusion, of the
address he was asked' questions concerning
• religion and services. He was thanked and
presented with a gift by Mrs, Lorne
Durnin.

the Grey -Bruce convention held at Ches-
ley. The 29th annual Bruce County Rally
report, which was held at Tara,- was given
- by Mrs. Elgin- Johnston, who reported
Miss Kendra Purdon from Whitechurch
• 4.H club received the' Bruce. County
scholarship award this year. '

Citizenship and World Affairs, Mrs. Bill

Cultural Affairs. Lunch was served by Mrs.
