Many students have jollied the 50 km. club
and are enthusiastically jogging around the
track at recess.
Brookside received first prize for the float
in the parade at the Lucknow Fall. Fair.
Special thanks to Mr. Cameron and those
who helped in the decorating of the float.

• at Lucknow Fair.
• The Teachers Federation is holding a ban-
quet meeting at •White Carnation, on

were read and approved and the treasurer's•

6, also several fruit loaves areto be donated.
A planning meeting will be held on Monday
• September 24 to make plans for our Church
Fowl Supper.

program was held with guests ,from Ripley,
St. Helen's and Whitechurch.

• and read a poem If we give we receive in. Mrs. Ernest Ackert introduced guest
overflowing Measure. She turned the speaker the Reverend Aldie Ninomiya, a
meeting over to Mrs. Robert Campbell and missionary on furlough from Japan. He

Bogues gave a stewardship reading, follow-

Charles MacDonald gave a thoughtful
meditation, Our role is to reflect the giver
and we communicate our love by giving and

dedicated by Stella Tillbrook. Becky Ackert
played two piano solos. ,
