not believe the town 'benefits at all?" asked
West Wawanosh councillor. Bruce Raynard.
,`The centre is there to attractdoctors and
a dentist. and that is its only value to the
town," remarked Murray.
The centre had a small surpluslast year
according to Lucknow clerk Whitcroft who
does the administration work for the
medical centre for the four municipalities.
"We have agreements on other things that
hurt us a -lot more then the medical centre,"
said Murray. .
"Why can't we draw up an agreement that
says what the original agreement was to
be?" asked Raynard..
"Lucknow wants to : change the
agreement," said reeve Austin.
"We cannot see Lucknow paying 40 per.
cent. We're, paying 25 per cent," said reeve
Johnston. f
"Forty, 20, 20, 20, suits me," said West
Wawanosh councillor Joe Hickey.
'Why not pay the cost of the new window
40, 20, 20, 20, have the board draw up an
agreement andbring it back to the councils
for approval," suggested West Wawanosh
councillor Kathryn Todd.

reported is joining the Lucknow Medical
Centre on a temporary basis.
Propose rules of order
The management committee, which is.
-headed by the board's vice chairman, Dr.
Brian Hanlon, is also to proposea set of
rules of order to govern board meetings.
Thisis intended to remedy problems
encountered earlier this year when, weeks
after work on the project had started, the
board chairman conceded thata motion
awardingthe contract had been out of order
and the board was asked to vote on a second
motion, which was itself called into question
since no discussion was allowed.,
Subsequentto this several board
members asked that, the board adopt rules
of order to which it canrefer in cases of
dispute. . .
