Quests at the meeting,. held in the school room of the church, included leaders of the' Mission Rand and Baby Band. The program: was arrang,. ed by the president, Mrs, Kenneth Bdgar and Mrs, Stuart Higgins, Mrs. Edgar opened with some fine thoughts on •Chr is tmas, Mrs, Hig- gins read the Christmas story and commentary and a Christmas pc), ern, Quest speaker was Mrs, Kenneth McMichael and her subject, "What Is Christmas?" The speaker said Christmas is a tree, tinsel, a weighted-down mailman, love, the message of the Bpe, the fulfilling of a dieam, the shepherds, the wise men and the gifts brought to the Christ Child. She closed with a poem, "Look for Christ'. Christmas carols were sung .with, Mrs, J.. TA:Jig -a the park,: Viee-presilent Mrs. James San- derson presided for the business. Mrs. J. H, Wylie, secretary, report- ed three bales had been sent, two to headquarters for Korea and one to Fred Victor Mission in Toronto, Mrs. George Gibson spoke on citi- zenship. The report of the nominating committee was given as follows: Pres„ Mrs. Ken Edgar; first vice, Mrs. James Sanderson; second vice, Mrs. Glenn McMichael; sec„ Mrs. J.
