Curtis Dies in Vancouver Bt UEVALE,-- Charles Thomas Curtis died at the age of 85 in Van couver on October 6th, Mr, Curtie spent his early life at Bluevale and was a brother of the late Joseph CiArtis and the late Mrs. Alex Messer, He followed the lure of gold tn the Klondike in 1898 and spent many years in Dawson City, where he operated a restaurant, later re- tiring to Vaneouver. The speaker referred to conditions in the concentrated dairy businest as chaotic. A method of market- ing is being looked for that will be equitable to consumer, manufac-• turer, distributor and producer.
