The meeting op- ened by singing "0 Canada" and repeating the 4-1-1.Pledge and mot- to. The minutes were read by the president; Mary Joan Lapp and Ann Currie, the secretary, called the roll, which was "My present type of clothes storage". Mrs. Currie discussed page four in the members' pamphlet, the subject being on general appear- ance, ,material and construction of the clothes closet.' Mrs. Currie discussed material needed for the next meeting. She also demonstrated how to make a hat standard and each girl made one.- Then she covered a hat box and ,the girls covered theirs fol- lowing the demonstration.
