Wilbert Fralick and'-Mary, who are
leaving the community. M five

per. Later Gordon Wray read the
following address
Dear Aileen, Wilbert and Mary
Each year, as we go along life's
way, we find many changes talc-
ing place in our community. some-
times we are called upon to wel-
come new friends and sometimes
to say good-bye to old ones, and,
today is one of these oeeasions. We
all felt we could not let you go
without showing our appreciation
of you as neighbors and friends.
Wilbert, as a child of the pixth,
you have spent a large part of
your life' in this community and
have proven to be a good neigh-
bor, always ready to lend that help-
ing hand, wherever necessary,
Aileen, we have known you
among us for the past 14 years and
have found:. yen„ a willing and
cheerful helper in our community
projects. Your farm was a beauty
spot on the sixth. And so, we are
going to miss ybu. We are pleas-
ed you are leaving a growing fam-
ily on your farm—empty farm
homes are poor company.
Mary, you have grown 'to young
womanhood here and your Turn-
berry home will always hold a spot
in your memories of childhood.
It's hard to put our thoughts in
words,
But we thought this would show
How many wishes of good luck
Go with you as you go,
So, on behalf of all yciur friends
and neighbors we would ask you to
accept this table and, may the years
to come in your new home be fill-
ed with happiness and God's rich-
eat blessings,
James .Mclaurney presented Wil-
bert and Aileen with a cocktail
table and Pat Ross presented Mary
with a travel-alarm clock
On Tuesday the Franck's left
for their new home in. Bayfield,
where Wilbert will be principal of
the public school. „Mr, and Mrs.
deGroot and family of Streetsville
will occupy the Fralick farm later
