church hall was lovely with ferns,

4-H Club held its meeting at the
home of Ronald McMichael. The
roll Call was answered by 20 mem-
bers. They . decided to have a
meeting in Julie and to take a trip
to Guelph on July 0,
Arthur Bolton, Huron agricul-
tural representative, dernonstrated
judging cattle and the Important
points. A film was shown on a
pole barn and also on milk cool-
ers, Lunch was enjoyed.

By Break=in Thieves
GORRIE—Only a small amount
of Oath Was taken from the cash
register of the R., H, Stephens arid
Co. store in a break-in last 'rues-
day evening. Entrance was gain-
ed through the basement,
It is. ibelieved the thieves in-
tended to take the safe, but found
it too large. The store was brok-
en. Into a few years ago and sev-
eral hundred dollars' worth of
merchandise stolen.
