It is noted this year that the
number of entries in each of the
classes is down in number to that
of last year. The largest class is
for Boy's solo nine years° and
under with 40 entries, with 37
entries in the Girls nine and under
solo. Other classes average about
20 entries each.
Competition on Thursday were
for Boy's solo 11 years and under;
Duets; Boy's changed voices which
had no entries; Girl's solo, 7 years
and under; Boy's solo, 7 years and
under; unison chorus with enrol-
ment 25 and under; two part
chorus, enrolment 25 and under
and Rhythm Band enrolment of 25
and under.
Friday morning and afternoon
in Belgrave there will be comr
petition in Girl's and Boy's solos,
9 years and under; girl's 11 and
under; boy's 14 and under and
girl's 14 and under,
Friday evening the final concert
of the winners of 'these classes
will be presented and competition
for unison chorus, enrolment over
25; tiro part chorus, enrolment
over 25; double trio; and .rhythm
hand enrolment over 25. This
final concert wilt he held in the
Wingham District High School.
