pursuant to the Trustee Act, that
all creditors and others having
laims against the Estate of the
ate Edward A. Schumacher, are
required to send particulars of their
claims, duly verified, to J. W.
USHFIELD, Q.C., Solicitor for the
Executrix of the said Estate, on or
before the 16th day of May, A.D.
1959, and that after such date.the
Executrix will proceed to distrib-
te the 'assets of •the said Estate
having regard only to the claims
of which she shall then have had
