meeting with prayer followed by
the Lord's prayer in unison, Mrs.
Mrs. Mel Bradburn read the Scrip-
ture lesson,
Minutes of the last meeting were
read by Mrs. Richard Procter and
the financial statement by
Cooper Nethery. The group took a
tour through the rectory to see the
work that had been done there and
what is' yet to be done in the way
of painting and papering. yk" very

vener of the program . With Mrs.
L. Vannan giving an Easier read-
ing and an Easter poem by -Mrs.
Mel. Rradburn. , Mrs. Procter gave
the "History of the Hot Cross Bun".
A 'social time was enjoyed . and
lunch was served 'by the 'hostess,
assisted by Mrs. Procter and Mrs.
Cora McGill. Rev. Meally closed
the meeting with -prayer.

of this season for the regular
weekly euchre parties was held on
Wedriesdak evening, This was
'also the annual meeting. There
were 14 tables in play and the,
high prizes were won by Mrs. Eqrl
Noblo and MrS. 'Richar'd Procter.
Consolation prizes' went, to Miss,
Susah Jones and Lewis Cook.
Novelty prize winners were, Miss-
Annie McNichol tin(' Fred 'Cook.
The group reported a very suc-
cessful winter and ,the following

Arena; ' $10.00 to the Belgrave
School Fair and 00.00 to the
newly-formed Cubs,
