,For Miss McLean,
Miss Effie McLean, who came to.
Wingham twelve years ago, died on
Monday, March 30th, She was the
last surviving member of her
family and 'had been in poor health
for a long time.
Born in Culross Township, Bruce
County, June 7th, 1870, she was a
daughter of Donald McLean and
Margaret McDermott. Her home
was near. Glenannan,
Miss McLean was a housekeeper
and worked in Harriston for some
time before coming to .Wingham.
She was an adherent of the United
Chtdch.
Rev. W. D. Clarke will conduct
the funeral service on Thursday
afternoon at 2 o'clock from the
R. A. Currie & Son's funeral home.
Interment will be in Teeswater
Cemetery.

years ago;

Wawanosh: There are two sisters
Mrs. Raymond, Finnigan of Ash-

grandchildren.
